The most unorganized store that I’ve ever been to. We checked in and waited while staff assisted people who just walked in. Plus, the staff who were busy with customers chatted about current events NOTHING to do with buying a phone or service.
Avoid this store.

Got there today around 10 AM just thinking it would be a quick service. In fact, I stood there for over an hour waiting for someone to come over and help me. A manager With pink hair was just tapping on his tablet, taking down names instead of helping. Attempted to ask him a basic question that could help me use the self service options in the app. He said he could not because he was too busy “running the floor”. I don’t see how you’re busy because you only had one person there helping customers while you’re standing there and tapping away on your tablet.
Put things into contacts here I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years. Each time I’m coming to this location it is understaffed and not able to help sell your products.
I finally got someone An hour later, we got to work on doing the things I was there to do. At the start of our Interaction you were told that I was going to be late for work and we didn’t have much more time To Complete our transaction of an upgrade of Apple Watch. We need to move quickly.
He seemed to be trying to move as quickly as he could but when you finally try to upsell me some stupid piece of equipment for my house I could not stand to be in the store Any longer. Why would you waste my time when you’ already wasted an hour of my time standing there waiting.
You lost a sale because you could not start your building for the flow Of customers coming in. Instead of helping me, you trying to push me off on the customer service representatives in Verizon call center.

The Verizon by the Maine Mall is by far and away the best Verizon store ever! Everyone there truly is astonishingly amazing ! The service is impeccable , they are always looking out to make sure you get everything you need and then some! They totally want you to have a phenomenal experience and that what you need done happens and you leave happy! Kudos to the management and the staff ! I will be back next time I am in need of phone service ! I needed to add the international plan to my phone, I was flying out within hours and needed help! They took great care of me! Thank you so much!
