My family and I recently visited the Verizon store to upgrade to the new Apple 17 phones, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to the young sales agent Kyle who helped us. He assisted my wife and me, along with the rest of our family, with four phones in total. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to set up each phone, transfer our data, answer all of our questions, and make sure everything was working perfectly before we left. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but he truly went above and beyond. We left the store feeling confident, taken care of, and very grateful for his help. If you’re heading to Verizon, I highly recommend asking for him — you’ll be in great hands. ---
