- CLCarol LeightonNov 5, 20251.0I have been with Verizon over 5 years, The Falmouth store has treated me badly starting from the S10 I had then I went to the s21 paid that off with two tablets then I got the 24 plus well they have not fixed everything they have taken money from me that they shouldn't have The people in the Falmouth store a very rude, I have been trying to get this straightened out for so long and now I'm just losing hope, when you get a phone that's supposed to be free and a company takes $102 out of you for 12 months and then changes it and don't give you back any of the money there's something wrong with that I do plan on leaving eventually if you don't want contract make sure you specify it very clearly they'll put you back in one, they were charging me over $250 a month for one phone and a tablet, they're like talking to AI that they have a wall, I know what I'm saying and I don't understand why they don't get it, I'm very upset that guy who runs that store is awful person, he treated me badly I was little upset they kicked me out of the store, if anybody read this it goes with this better phone service let me know, I did everything they said they will not let me out of that contract and now I never want to buy another phone off them or anything!
