Horrible business. Would not let my husband change to my carrier. Gave him the run around in the stores and would not resolve via phone customer service. Put a block on his number making it impossible to transfer his number to my carrier. If there was a negative rating we would have chosen that. They're not even worth 1 star. Shame on you!

Avoid at all costs. The manager was arguing with a new employee who just went through training over policies for authorization. They do not know what they're doing

Verizon was good like three years ago, but they recently sold like half of their towers. Their service sucks. They charge the same as their competitors and the company is so petty that the second they saw that I was switching to T-Mobile. They offered me a discount but it’s still not even worth it because the perks are better at T-Mobile. The service is better and the price is less.
