Absolutely horrible customer service!
Michael (from Alaska) is the worst in explaining your plan or telling you everything that he's done to completely destroy your account. I spoke to Verizon corporate & they told me he basically did everything WRONG as far as what I wanted for my account, but luckily were able to completely UNDO EVERYTHING HE MESSED UP! Avoid this place, they have ZERO knowledge, they are car salesman selling phones & plans you DO NOT NEED! I wish I could do negative ☆'s.

Our phone plan went up by $50 a month. No explanation. Going back to straight talk. Better connection.

New to Verizon. Was thankful to have the help of Suzanne , Taryn and Darren help me navigate my transition. They are wonderful.

They should be ashamed. My elderly mother went in last week to get a Pixel 9 upgrade for free. She walked out with
- Pixel 9 XL and is now paying $180 over 3 years. She does NOT need this powerful of a phone.
- They told her they were out of stock of the 9 but would give her a "deal" on the XL. Also told her they wouldn't be restocking the 9 (this is false and I can order a 9 for pickup so they lied)
- they charged the usual activation fee - annoying but not avoidable - AND a "setup fee" of $29.99. With how phoen transfers work now, you boot it up and sign in. This a junk fee
- $25 USB charging brick because the supplied cable is C to C and she doesn't have that. This one is her fault but they could have said "any USB c charger will work" (her previous phone was A to C)
And the real kicker...
They signed her up for Veruzon Protect which is $19/month and is their over priced insurance package. She didn't ask for this.
I live thousands of miles away. Called Verizon and they said they are "on different systems" so basically couldn't help and gave $20. Thanks...
She is too embarrassed to go back herself because she feels taken advantage of and worries they will fleece again.
Almost 25 year customer. Will leave when next possible.
If you do business with Verizon do it online and don't go to this store
