  Tried calling for a technician to service my router or ont device as it was acting up but rudely hung up when I asked and said wrong department while I was asking for the correct number

  Deonte was very helpful, respectful, and patient. I didn’t understand the terms of my trade in at first but he was able to break it down for me nd help me understand everything in my new bill. I genuinely appreciate the service and would definitely comeback to request his assistance.

  They charge 29.99 for activation, stup, and transfer but did not do a transfer. They give the excuse that you actually have to be on your home internet to be able to log in and transfer your data. This is what they did to my mother. Service is horrible and they have bad business practices. I'll be writing to the corporate office since they do not belong to BBB and they already have hundreds of complaints on there with a rating of an F because they do not respond to complaints or fix any of the issues.

  The store manager Keisha(hopefully spelled correctly) and whom I’m assuming is an assistant manager diamond, were both fantastic! They both helped and tackled my problems and questions without hesitation and doubt even helping assist other store managers across states deal with issues for my mother in California. They both are perfect at this job and excel above and beyond the call of service for this store location. If I ever have any problems or recommendations I am sending them straight to those two. Thank you so much for the help!

  I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn as many people as I possibly can about the “deceive & evade” sales tactics used at the Verizon store in Waldorf,Md Crain highway. I’m sooo disgusted with the deception of Raquel, and Verizons lack of concern, I’m about to pay off the phones I just bought, just to switch to another carrier. Ive always been with Verizon, even before my father passed away. But I don’t even care if I gotta pay more on a payment. That’s how bad the experience has been dealing with her and this store. She’s the only business rep for the entire area. All the reps could see she had done something internally slick so no other rep wanted to get involved. Don’t let her try and tell you there’s a “Promotion” without her explaining the promotion. Or package sell you without knowing what the package is. Dont let her act as if she wouldn’t know what your bill Would be or let her say your trade in is worth an amount without confirming it elsewhere. If you don’t let her add insurance to your account, she’s gonna add it internally after you leave and then try and convince you that you bought something you clearly did not. Then when you try to directly address it, she will AVOID you for as long as possible and then say she doesn’t feel “ comfortable” addressing the lies she sold you and then no one will be held accountable for her deceptions but you. Undoing anything AFTER you leave that store is made impossible by that store .Our new phones intermittently do not receive calls from our daughter, or her school and has been having that issue since we bought it. My wife called within the 30 day window to report it, they address it long enough to pass the 30 days and then you have to purchase $20 a month insurance to have them replace it ($20 x 36 months). It hasn’t even been 4 months of having the phone. I could keep going but the moral of the story is DONT DO IT! Verizon hires people like her, and promotes people like her, which says they support the type of business practices this store operates on. If you go through them, buying a phone, and you deal with issues, don’t say I didn’t warn you…
