I have been disappointed with this Verizon location in the past because of the bad customer service received. This is the first time that I felt like a valued customer. The associate was antagonizing and disrespectful . I in turn visited the sane to gather proof of the receipt prior that day . Not even knowing whom I was this same employee talked to me rudely , screamed across a store of customers to interject with my conversation with the mangager . Although emphatic this seems like the culture of the store . I’m definitely filing a complaint with Verizon corporate and shopping for other cellular service.
