The first time we met her was when she worked in the Harundale office. She provided us with excellent service back then. The next time we went back to the Harundale office, we were extremely disappointed that she was no longer there. Fortunately, we found her again at the Severna Park store. What a blessing. We will be telling all of our friends about her. You're fortunate to have her with Verizon Severna Park, and so are we!

When he ran into a snag he asked the Manager on duty for assistance and without hesitation the young man was right there assisting. The entire environment of this store says, "We are here to help". I walked in feeling concerned and walked out with pure delight. Thank you so much Chaz for making me feel confident about my new phone.

People were getting phones but each time an associate looked up they got slower and slower. One employee walked in at 10:00 (very slow) and disappeared for about 10 minutes. I got fed up and walked out. Will never go back to the location again
