I want to start by saying that the staff members I interacted with were always very kind, and I truly appreciated the way they treated my kitten during her visits. This review isn’t meant to blame any individual doctor or technician, but rather to share my experience so others know what to expect. I brought my kitten in for a wellness visit because I suspected she wasn’t feeling well. During that appointment, I was told they were short-staffed and rushing because one of the doctors wasn’t in. The visit felt very rushed as a result, and she was diagnosed with just a cold. When I brought her back three days later for a follow-up, she was examined more thoroughly and was suspected of having a serious disease that is often fatal to kittens. She passed away two days later. I’m not placing the responsibility for her passing on the vet, but I do feel that if the first visit hadn’t been rushed due to staffing issues, there may have been a chance for things to be caught earlier. It’s a heartbreaking feeling that’s hard to shake. On top of that, I’m still required to continue paying for the “CareClub” plan (around $114/month) for my kitten even though she has passed away. It has been extremely difficult to cancel or modify, and I don’t understand why dealing with something so sensitive has to be so complicated. Because of this experience, I do not recommend signing up for the CareClub program. Overall, I’m not blaming the medical outcome on the veterinarians themselves, but the way the situation as a whole played out has been very disappointing and added stress during an already painful time.

I've been using this office since 2015. They've helped me with several dogs - and even the passing of 2. I can't praise this group enough - the receptionists are always kind on the phone, the techs are so gentle with my dogs, and the doc's are amazing. I've used cash, care credit, and now my own pet insurance while going here. Since they've joined VCA they're able to offer their own pet insurance plan - I highly recommend getting any time of insurance to help reimburse the cost of owning a pet. I feel as though the doctors here do NOT push for any upcharge and try to get you the best prices available. I trust them and their recommendations - especially when it comes to my Tummy Ache prone GSD Koda. Thank you to this group for outstanding care over the years!
