Both my sister and I have called Verizon Customer Service several times and have spent hours on the phone. Mr. Rian did everything he could but we were not able to solve the issue. I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot analyzing the situation and went back in the office to speak with Mr. Rian once more to try something else. We got through and the issue has been resolved. Thanks again Rian.
