Upon entering the store the associates looked at us, and then promptly ignored us for at least 10 minutes. No “hello”, “we’ll be with you soon”, nothing. Ignored us completely. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a Verizon ever.

A Verizon customer since 1995 who is Elderly, not In great health and raising a toddler has attempted to start service on her new phone after her previous phone broke. They have given her more stories / reasons why they can’t turn on her new phone - so many ridiculous stories I couldn’t even list them all. They have given her the run around, asked for WAY TO MUCH private information and keep saying she needs a supervisor to get her phone turned on AND that no Verizon stores within 200 miles has a single supervisor in them. Shady shady shady. Be careful of this store !! Do not let your older family members work with these people at all !!

I knew exactly the phone I wanted and he just made sure that this is the one that I wanted. He transferred all of my pictures, data, and contacts to the new phone. He helped with a screen protector for the phone (which is also under warranty). He knew exactly what needed to be done and not to waste my time. I highly recommend this location on Rt. 50 & Keyser Point Road for fast and dependable service! Great job Michael and I will see you again!!
