I recently went in to upgrade my phone, and an employee told me there was a mandatory $60 “device setup fee” because they are a third-party retailer. Later, I found out this service is actually optional. Despite that, he charged me the full amount — and didn’t even set up my device after activating it. I reached out to the branch manager twice, and after multiple reassurances, I’m still waiting for a refund more than four weeks later. They wasted my time, took my money, and showed zero accountability. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
