- DDDarnellDec 27, 20251.0I was greeted by a Verizon sales rep smoking a cigarette immediately next to the front door as I walked in. He purportedly did me a favor by holding the door open for me with one hand as he held the cigarette with the other hand. Cigarettes make me wheeze and cause tightness of breath. Thanks Verizon, I really needed that second hand smoke in my lungs...This would be a much better store if they hired some smart and energetic U of M students as employees- rather than the employees currently there. Avoid the disappointment and go to the other Verizon store in College park right up the street next to Wawa. You will probably end up having to go there anyway. The service here was slow, incompetent, lazy, and downright miserable. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

He did the best he could to find us a family plan that worked for all of our families needs. I will be coming back to this location just for Shamir
