    I have been coming to this particular corporate store to pay the landline/FiOS bill for approximately 24 months as my husband had passed in February 2024. He was the account holder for the landline/Fios. I am the Personal Representative of his Estate. Since February 2024, I have tried to get the Landline/FiOS account changed to my name as I now own our home and PAY the landline/Fios bill. I have spent the last 24 months getting the run around from the phone customer service and the staff at this store. I have been told by the staff at this store that I had to go to the Verizon store where one turns in the FiOS equipment to get the account changed to my name. The phone customer service is the same - a runaround! Told that I could talk to a manager at the corporate store and at least get the account number.No. When I speak to a store manager I am told 'we can't do that here' and then get told to 'call customer service or go to the store where you turn in the equipment' And the phone customer service tells me to speak to a corporate store manager!!! This has been going on for 24 LONG Months! I have my husband's death certificate, I have my Letter of Administration for his Estate..I would appreciate the Account number for the landline/FiOS account AND I would appreciate it if I could have MY name placed on the account since I am PAYING the landline/FiOS bill with MY credit card.. Thank you!

    Staff would barely look up to greet you, needed to activate an old phone until my replacement arrived. Flippantly dismissed me to call customer care or go up the street. No care or concern, after over 20 years as a customer I think it’s time to explore other options. Cause it’s clear loyalty means nothing to Verizon.
