Honestly, I didn’t expect a call back because most companies promise that and never deliver. But to my surprise, Helen, the store manager, called me twice and even left a voicemail. When I spoke with her, she was just as patient and helpful as Niyah. It’s clear this store values proper training and genuine customer care. I’ve since asked Helen to be my account manager for our business account, and even though I was coming from the Owings Mills area, I’ll gladly make the drive to College Park for service like this.
