I work and did not have the availability to be home for the phone delivery. The accessories I ordered arrived without the need for a signature but the phone did not. I am currently in an acute rehab partially paralyzed without my new phone. I called the Chestertown store to see what they could do for me. I was told to call corporate who told me to find a store that had the phone in stock and ask them to hold it for me. I am currently being charged my new plan rate as well as have a pile of accessories just waiting for the phone. I called the Chestertown location back to find out if they have the phone in stock and the girl that answered REFUSED to tell me if they had any available stating company policy that they cannot reveal their inventory!! What the hell! I can’t get a phone shipped there nor will they tell me if the carry the phone. So much for customer service! I will never use that store.
