    I.went to this store to purchase 3 pairs of rayban meta glasses as Christmas gifts. This was a mistake. Upon entry to the store not a single employee, and there were 4 said a word to me. After about 5 mins a young black gentleman asked what I was looking for and directed me. At no time did he get up. No employee helped us. The employees were too busy talking about an elderly woman who had just left. They were laughing at her and saying they were glad she was gone because she was stupid and smelled bad. I was offended for her. Pick anywhere else, I'm going to t mobile

    Said my phone would be ready in an hour, it's been 8. And no one's answering the phone. I got to the store at 545 and they still haven't even attempted to get my phone out the safe. Talking about it's a ten minute wait because it's in the safe. It's only in the safe because no one bothered to get it out since 10 am. No apologies, no expedited energy, just them laughing amongst themselves. I'll say this, you'll never catch me here again.

    I came into this Verizon location simply to purchase a USB-C car charger for my phone, and somehow left with my plan changed and all my account perks including Apple Music, Disney+, and Hulu removed. I never discussed any plan changes with the sales associate, nor did I sign or authorize any change to my account. When I noticed the issue shortly after, I returned to the store to speak with the manager, Andre. Unfortunately, my experience with him made the situation even worse. Andre was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening or offering to help, he told me, “So what if he changed your plan? You know how it goes,” while watching a college football game on TV during our conversation. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. As a former Verizon employee myself, I know the proper procedures, a plan cannot be changed without a customer’s consent and signature. Trying to claim that “AI” changed my plan is simply not believable. This experience has left me very disappointed with how this store handles customers. I hope Verizon reviews this incident seriously and holds staff accountable

    Went early this to today to pay my bill. Was treated horribly by the Manager who stated his name was Andre. Andre the manager does not need to be a manager. Andre is very disrespectful, thuggish, rude and unprofessional. He acts as if you are bothering him. I don’t think he wants to work there. I am contacting The Better Business Bureau next. I am an older woman and Andre has no respect for the older population. Verizon you gotta do better. This happened 10/28/2025 at approximately 9AM. Plus I am an officer.

    The worst telecom carrier i have ever seen in my life. I am GLAD that I chose not to be your customer. I never received my phone in time and cancelled the delivery and closed my account. Without any activation I got a $140 bill and now being referred to a collection Agency. This is going to be some fun, you people need to be sued for such crap.
