A few days ago, I went in there by myself to buy a new iPhone for me and my mother. I spent about three hours there with him and he was super! Went back there today with my mother to get her phone set up and for Kevin to help me with some issues with my phone and he was again extremely patient and kind to me and my mother. Thank you so much, Kevin. I always have extreme anxiety when I have to transfer to a new iPhone and you made this anxiety filled time a wonderful time! I highly recommend Kevin, if you need a new phone or if you’re having any trouble with your existing phone. THANK YOU SO MUCH KEVIN!

I couldn’t send or receive phone calls or text messages. I pretty much had no cellular data. I went to the Verizon store across from Harford Mall and Justin helped me….he was a gem…great customer service! He instantly knew what was wrong with my phone. He said that the iPhone 13s and 14s are known to burn out SIM cards, so he upgraded my phone to an e-SIM card (no charge) and now my phone works great again! In and out in 10 minutes. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when your phone’s not working, it really cuts off your lifeline. I was so appreciative of the quick service I received from Justin, I just had to leave a review, and I’m so happy I didn’t need a new phone. :) Thanks Justin!

He was so personable and persistent in trying to get my old phone working long enough to transfer data to my new phone. It was a difficult process with an uncooperative device. I wanted to give up but Andrew said no, he wanted to make sure that I got what I needed. He is very capable and provided the most excellent customer service, the best that I have received in a very long time. Highly recommend the store because of the stellar experience with Andrew.
