    The most unhelpful and dismissive employees you'll encounter. They work on commission so unless you are buying something they have absolutely no interest in helping you. Probably switching carriers after that interaction. If I acted that way towards customers at my job I'd be fired

    In store tonight to upgrade phones and tablets. Aaron was ok at first not super friendly but ready to work on my request and then as I asked more questions about tablets he seemed less interesting as if I was taking to much of his time. Then before I could make a decision he tells me what the price would be for certain options (like thats what i should do so i stop asking him questions) and then says plus add on the insurance for the 4 devices thats another 48 dollars. I stated I dont need the insurance and that can come off. He explains what happens if I break the phone tomorrow and I say ok I have made it since I was 18 (43), ill be good thank you. He then sarcastically/rudely says well good luck with that in a louder voice. I was shocked and said that was rude, I guess I wont get a new phone today and stood up. It was clear I was a hassle for Aaron after the first 5 minutes as he had me google specs for tablets if I wanted to know about them because he didnt have any info on them. I was going to give another rep a try but they were not comfortable with me saying their coworker was rude and said they would prefer not to work with me. Store is completely empty as of 7:25pm and its no wonder this store has the lowest rating in the area. I went there because it was a corporate store but clearly going to the authorized retailers closer to my house will be the best option.

    AWFUL!!!!!!! Went in last Saturday to get an iPhone pro max. Mind you, my father has so many lines with verizon, spends alot of money. Greeted with awful customer service. I tell him what we want to do he's like "ok" I'm like ???? Ok.... what colors do u have in stock? "Idk" ...... "blue and orange" ok can I see the blue one? Its navy blue. Ok???? I guess I'll take it. Tell him I need to switch my number from metro to my new line. He has me set up my apple ID etc. I have my account number and pin to transfer my number. He has me sit there for an hour while he's in the back "on the phone with metro" comes out and tells me there was a glitch in the system and I can't have this phone, it's now being delivered to my father's house. I said no, I want the phone now? He said "nothing I can do, its being sent" literally thats it and took the old phone back. Im damn near crying because I'm so overwhelmed with both kids there, im like no one will be home to get it!!!!! He says nothing. Hes just like sorry, it was a glitch in the system. MEANWHILE, I saw multiple people come in and leave with new phones 😭 I try to tell him that no one will be home to get it!!!!!! He says it'll be there Monday, Tuesday morning the latest. Never comes. Call wednesday, they say it'll be there by 8pm.that night. Never comes. Call Thursday, THEY SAY IT WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR AND ACTIVE!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! MY FATHER STAYED HOME ALL DAY YESTERDAY. NO ONE SIGNED FOR IT 😭😭😭😭😭😭 ALL BC SOME WORKER HATED HIS JOB, MADE A MISTAKE AND NOW AN INVESTIGATION IS BEING OPENED!!!!! MEANWHILE, verizon employees see me upset, no one offers to HELP NOTHING. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT WITH A PHONE BUT I LEFT WITH SO MUCH BAGGAGE NOW. this is so sad and so pathetic how one persons mistake turns into this mess and instead of taking accountability, just tells me its a glitch and shrugs it off. I would never go to this location or verizon. Ill make sure everyone I know leaves verizon. Its overpriced and customer service is trash.
