We reiterate multiple times that we just wanted to purchase the new Iphone. After about 20 minutes he came back and said that he can't do that for us. We had to go to Apple to purchase the phone. 2 stars as it ended up being 30 dollars cheaper at Apple.

From the time I set foot for an initial inquiry on the IPhone 17 products, Moheb, one of the service representatives has been friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable in providing the information we need. We then proceeded to make our product choice purchase after discussing its features and other benefits. While the iPhone 17 Pro was on back order, he assured us that he will give me a call or send a text message as soon as it came in. I finally received notification of its arrival and went in to finalize the purchase. While it took really a long time to complete the process since 3 of us in our family were purchasing the same kind of phone, we were patient enough as it was worth the wait and eventually had it all done. Moheb has been very thorough and detailed and has gone above and beyond the sales process to ensure that we received all the discounts we were due and that everything was working properly. We left satisfied and happy. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We definitely would recommend going to their store for Verizon product sales and services. Thank you.
