My father relies on this phone and was very upset that it was not working. I was nervous the phone was broken. It's not an expensive smartphone but it is important to my dad and he needs it for communication. I was hoping that someone at the store could fix it or at least tell me what the problem was so that I could figure out what I would need to do next. A gentleman named Farah welcomed me to the store and took the time to troubleshoot the problem. He never tried to sell me anything-just took the time to identify the problem and fix it. He was so patient and personable. I remembered several months back when my brother first got this phone for my dad. He had said how super helpful the person was at the store. I think it was the same person. Farah fixed the phone that night and my dad was so relieved. Thank you for the super customer service and the genuine care you have in others. You are a great person and I would highly recommend this store because of how you treat the people who walk in to this store. Thank you.
