Not; only did he resolve each and every issue I had, (with his extensive knowledge and sense of humor) but he did so with great respect, patience, knowledge, , kindness and thoroughness . His was so positive that Iit took away any embarrassment I felt at not knowing how to operate my own phone. This associate should be giving workshops; and doing demonstrations for new Verizon employees on how to help a current customer or being a new one into the Verizon's family!
