Was told over the phone that I could go get my free replacement screen protector that I purchased the plan for. I show up and the staff is yelling across the store to me that their system is down and that it actually cost $20 to get a new screen protector. So I left and got a three pack for six dollars on Amazon. Everyone in there is pushy, rude, and acts like they’re doing you a favor. Verizon has gone down so so much over the years. I literally almost despise them. I wish I could change companies and I very well may Still anytime. I have to call customer service or have any interaction with them. It’s never smooth. It’s always double talk, trying to get me to switch buy something else, it’s just not it really disappointed all around.
