And they didn't know Whole-home Wifi 1Gbps plan comes with one free Fios Extender. I spent an hour activating the router only to find later that it wasn't meant to work with Fios extender. Later in the day I spent almost an hour with Verizon support team and had an order placed for replacement. I called this store beforehand and went to pickup the order well before their closing time. To my surprise, the Fios rep wasn't available. And I got unemapthetic responses from the associate didn't even try to contact the responsible Fios rep even after repeated requests. I strongly recommend avoiding this store again for any Fios related support.

From the moment I walked in, he was polite, attentive, and professional. He took the time to listen to my needs and explained everything clearly without rushing me. I had an issue with the Android Auto connection which he resolved and an issue texting in a group that he also resolved. What really stood out was his excellent knowledge of cell phones and plans. He answered all of my questions with confidence, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I left feeling comfortable with my decision. His patience and willingness to go the extra mile made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to meet someone who combines strong product knowledge with genuine customer service skills. Verizon is lucky to have such a helpful and knowledgeable team member!

Not only did they help us do that, but they got us a great deal and made it so easy and painless. Chris was an absolute God send, he helped us out every step of the way and was so patient. Trayvon was exceptionally helpful as well and kept us laughing. We didn't work as much with Power one-on-one, but when he, Trayvon, and Chris were helping us out, we knew we were in good hands. I seriously cannot recommend this team enough. We HATE getting new phones (so much so that I have been struggling with a barely functional iphone XS for over a year) but these three made it easy and significantly less excruciating. Thank you guys so much!
