The entire staff is patient, kind and caring. I've never had a bad experience, in the 8 years we have been bringing our "Very difficult" dog to VCA/Dr. Cronin. After many attempts at trying to secure a Vet for him as a very sick, 6 month old puppy, no one could see him as soon as he needed to be seen. I was devastated when VCA also didn't have any emergency appointments available. The office called me right back and said they had explained the situation to Dr. Cronin and said for me to bring him right in, right away! About a week later, he was diagnosed, treated and his medical condition is under control, thanks to the amazing care he received by Dr. Cronin and the entire staff at VCA. We are forever grateful! Not only for dealing with Benson's anxiety, but mine too surrounding my poor pup! Fast forward 8 plus years, we just brought our new kitten in for her first check up. Again, we received the best care for Billie and every silly question and concern was answered/addressed, patiently. Thank for all that you all do, You are amazing! Love, Benson and Billie :)

We want to express how impressed we are with the staff and the exceptional care provided by Amanda Podles. It is truly refreshing to work with a team that demonstrates such genuine dedication to the health and well-being of our family pets. I recently discovered I was feeding my dog an incorrect diet, a costly mistake adding up to over thousands annually. After reviewing his lab work and current feeding regimen, Amanda recognized the error and clearly explained the potential long-term damage. Amanda dedicated her time to guiding us toward a significantly more balanced and appropriate diet. Not only is our pet healthier, but we are now spending a fraction of what we were before. We are incredibly grateful for the knowledge and direction the team provided. We highly recommend visiting this knowledgeable and attentive team. Let them advocate for the best health outcomes for your fur babies. Bear Love our Standard Schnauzer is in good hands.

Staff and vet were very nice and knowledgeable. However, there were unexpected fees. I went due to a free promotion after adopting my kittens. It was for a free first visit. I knew any medicine the cats were given would be extra. Prior to the appointment I was asked to bring a fecal sample for both cats. I did not realize the fecal test was extra and it was not explicitly said like the information about the medicine. Now I know I need to ask before for cost break downs because they do not give out that information during the appointment.

I brought our overly dramatic dog in for a ear check up today and the ladies he received care from at VCA handled him like true professionals. Everyone was kind, respectful and promptly got the job done. Also incredibly, we were accommodated the same day that I called to schedule. I am very grateful for the positive experience. Thank you all again.
