    I picked up a new phone via upgrade there today. I had the pleasure of working with Justin. He was professional, courteous and friendly. It was probably the best experience I’ve had with Verizon and I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years! You can tell right away that he cares about the customer experience!

    If you have an iPhone (mine is a 13 pro) and then do an IOS update, causing your phone to not read your SIM card, and causing no cellular service (happened to me Thanksgiving morning 2025) do not go here! They will charge you $20 for a SIM card or $50 for an ESIM card to access the service you already pay for, and say that’s the only two options. They are a 3rd party affiliate. When I suggested getting a new carrier, they didn’t care at all. They didn’t even suggest going to a corporate store. They just shrugged. I did some research after leaving. Go to the corporate store in Seekonk, it’s free, to get your phone working again with a new SIM card. I debated switching providers because I own the phone. But nobody should have to pay for a new SIM card to access the service we already pay for monthly!

    The team at the Verizon store in Swansea is awesome. Cory helped me switch over from T-Mobile & made the whole process seamless. He is friendly & knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation. I highly recommend seeing Cory in the Swansea location!
