    During a normal phone upgrade, an incorrect shipping address caused a major glitch in the Verizon computer system. The associates at this Boston Road store Alyssa and Kiddy were excellent in navigating the corporate shipping issue and logistics to unlock the account and get my employee the upgrade that he needed. Both ladies were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I highly recommend this Verizon store

    Went into the store and was greeted by a young man who was speaking with me. He never told me his name. All of a sudden, a lady cane out. He walked towards her. I was left standing there. I went over to another employee who offered to help me. I told the second employee that she, the lady, was ill-mannered. She then decided to shout at me telling me she just needed him for a moment. I asked for a manager. Again, she screamed that she was the manger. Of course, she just ran to the back of the store outside of my surroundings. The second employee helped me, but told me he had no comment about her behavior. The way I was received in the store was very rude and inappropriate. I had to ask everyone’s name involved. Ridiculous behavior.

    As a verizon costumer out of all other stores i’ve been in the past this one is the one with the worst costumer service ever, horrible employees attitude, not a thank you and they didn’t even have a bag for things we bought there. I gave 1 star because there is not a 0 option and even that is too much 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Verizon. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Bought a new phone and they couldn’t set it up for me. Snarky attitudes and careless for their customers. I took my phone to a different verizon and they knew exactly what to do. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NEVER GO HERE!
