The associates at this Boston Road store Alyssa and Kiddy were excellent in navigating the corporate shipping issue and logistics to unlock the account and get my employee the upgrade that he needed. Both ladies were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I highly recommend this Verizon store

I was left standing there. I went over to another employee who offered to help me. I told the second employee that she, the lady, was ill-mannered. She then decided to shout at me telling me she just needed him for a moment. I asked for a manager. Again, she screamed that she was the manger. Of course, she just ran to the back of the store outside of my surroundings. The second employee helped me, but told me he had no comment about her behavior. The way I was received in the store was very rude and inappropriate. I had to ask everyone’s name involved. Ridiculous behavior.

Snarky attitudes and careless for their customers. I took my phone to a different verizon and they knew exactly what to do. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NEVER GO HERE!
