I met Derek M., Who helped navigate me through the entire process and helped determine why the bills were wrong. He was quite personable and quite affable, and he was able to call Verizon customer service and showed perseverance throughout the entire process until we resolved, and had the two erroneous lines removed from my phone as well as getting the appropriate credit refund that I was originally charged for. Derek is a Verizon employee that should be valued for the way he handled both myself in the situation.
