Craig was helping another customer when I arrived, but I was addressed promptly and was able to browse with no pressure. Shortly after I arrived there were several other customers that walked in. There also happened to be a tower down so there were several calls as well as walk in customers asking for updates. Craig was able to multitask, address everyone’s concerns, and get everyone taken care of in a reasonable time. While my phone was transferring data I witnessed several interactions with customers and just wanted to say that Craig’s customer service was phenomenal. Overall great experience and will be returning whenever we need any in store service!
