    Let me start off by saying my family had been a Verizon customer for over 17 years. Our account is FULL of watches, iPads, phones, hotspots….you name it. I took my mom to purchase a new Samsung watch on December 29. They told us we had to make an appointment (to buy a product? At a store?) and that the soonest time they had available was 2 PM on December 31. Ok, great. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, which is fine. Two other people checked in ahead of me, who got taken care of. My mom arrived shortly after. There were three representatives, one older lady, messy blonde/gray hair, oversized sweatshirt, and two gentlemen. We waited until 2:24. One of the gentleman finished with his customer and went to the back. The older lady came out and my mom approached her to ask when we were able to be helped. She immediately said that it would be another 30 minutes until we were seen because she didn’t have another rep. My mom asked if she herself could help us and she said no, that she was working on something that another customer had asked for earlier in the day. My mom said that she saw another rep that had just finished, and the lady said she pulled him from the floor. We were extremely disappointed and were told “that’s just how it works.” She got standoffish and snippy immediately and refused to make eye contact with us, only hiding behind her computer. Do NOT visit this location, seriously, go to any other one. THIS IS A CORPORATE LOCATION. If you’re not interested in buying new phones and adding to their metrics, they’ll treat you like dirt. Go to an authorized retailer, we had great luck at the Middleton location.

    Cathleen the manager is a nightmare. Will not provide full name for a complaint nor provide her manager’s name. The experience and she wants to blame the business customer is outrageous. Run!

    They dont answer their phone! On Friday I was told to come into the store to do an upgrade and then when I went in on Monday they told me they cant help me and that I needed to make an apt. I had already placed an upgrade order and they werent able to fill it

    Definitely make an appointment before you go to the Verizon store because there's usually a wait time if you don't have an appointment. The staff here were actually really friendly and super helpful. Despite having to wait a little bit. I got the help and assistance I needed. Avoid the stress and make an appointment!
