    Definitely make an appointment before you go to the Verizon store because there's usually a wait time if you don't have an appointment. The staff here were actually really friendly and super helpful. Despite having to wait a little bit. I got the help and assistance I needed. Avoid the stress and make an appointment!

    I can definitely see how this store could be hit or miss depending on who helps you out. I went to this store last week when my phone's power button stopped working and I was greeted by Valerie who was excellent. She was friendly and it was clear that she was trying to be as helpful as possible in offering customer support. She set me up with an appointment for a couple of hours later. I returned to the store about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and another woman greeted me at the door who was NOT helpful, friendly or engaging in the least. She seemed to focus only on what the store could not do to help and said it was doubtful that my upcoming scheduled appointment would be seen on time. She complained that they were understaffed that day and she just did not seem happy at all. Just a few minutes later, Valerie returned and referred me to see Chris M who my appointment was with and it was 15 minutes rior to my appointment time. Chris fixed my phone in 2 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I was shocked as I had just returned from the NS mall and they wanted to charge me $250 to replace a part that was going to take almost a week to order. I was reluctantly prepared to exchange my phone but that would have cost me over $500 so Chris saved me a ton of money. I will definitely seek out Chris if I need to return here in the future.

    I rather give them no star I regret ever switching to Verizon for my phone service I'm dealing with cancer and chemotherapy right now and I got a new phone with them the day I got home it was constantly gliching and acting up I went back the next day and they told me to go to BEST BUY and have the geek squad fix it. Who the hell does that then last nite my phone just went blank and froze. Now I can't use it so I have to waste my time and go back to get a new phone. I might just take the huge loss and switch to t-mobile DO NOT DEAL WITH VERIZON FOR CELL SERVICE OR PHONES I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    Did not have a good experience, their customer service lacks. I came in for a new screen protecter for my phone and I was basically rushed out. The representative was kind of on the rude side, he told me it was very expensive for a new screen protector and more or less told me to go elsewhere. It wasn't about the money from my perspective, he was unprofessional and made it seem as though I was wasting his time. In the future, I will not be purchasing a new phone from this location ever again.

    Just left the store today. Walk in and swipe my card for a hotspot for my daughter in college. She texted me and said internet is back up. I never touched the device. I never use the service. I told them i just need a simple refund. They said they can't refund it and gave me a partial refund. I called corporate and corporate said they were suppose to refund. I am still waiting - its not about the money but the principal of demonstrating solid service. If there was a zero star I would definitely give it. Corporate said they will follow up again in 48 hours with me.
