Nikki was attacked by another dog on her afternoon walk and needed urgent treatment for multiple wounds to her neck, shoulder, chest, and front leg. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Kim, Dr. Knight, and the entire staff treated Nikki with such compassion, skill, and dedication. They stayed well past closing time to make sure she was stable and comfortable enough to come home with us that night, knowing she would rest better at home than staying overnight. We are so grateful for the level of care and attention Nikki received during such a frightening time. Her wounds will take a couple of weeks to heal, and her spirit may take a little longer, but she is already well on her way to a full recovery, thanks in no small part to the incredible team at VCA Northborough. Thank you for everything you did for Nikki and for us. We truly appreciate it.

She is so careful with assessing tiny breed animals and watches them closely including with their vaccinations that was so important to us! We also think very highly of Dr Amy Ruggiero excellent surgeon. Can’t say enough the staff is so amazing Sara/ Mariah, love you girls best Assistants! and the front office is the best!!!
