I never was able to pick up the phone, let me see, first the door was locked at 3PM with a sign that says "back in a half hour" hour. returned later the person there now says the system is down. Next time I went there they said the phone is transit between stores and I would have to return another day even if it was to cancel the order. The last time I went there at 4:00PM the door was locked and the employee would not come to the door for me. I went to Tewksbury and got my new phone there.

There was a handwritten sign on the door that said in meeting and door was locked. Waited about 15 minutes and a guy showed up with a McDonald's bag and said the meeting was still going on and entered the store and looked the door behind him. Waited another 10 minutes and left. Hey verizon if you hate your customers so much why do you pay commercial real estate prices just to give me the middle finger and not do your jobs. Looking for a new provider now. Decades of loyalty down the drain because you dont wanna do your job. I get it you don't want to retain your customers
