  Promised a $10 a month increase. The salesman added lots of additional services we did not agree to. Please avoid this store, they will scam you.

  Owen Donovan is at the Needham store in Needham MA on Highland Ave. . He is probably the most talented and Patient man we have ever worked with in our entire life Not only did he spend hours with us getting new phones and setting them up for us but he also set my phone up in my car for me Then he proceeded to find my husband’s Gmail account which was missing for about six months and he also Patient person in the entire universe because we had so many questions. The new 16 Phone was very complicated for me to understand Being 74 years old is not easy. Technology is not easy for neither of my husband or myself, but yet Owen made it so much easier by showing us all the shortcuts and Ins and outs of the new Phone the 16. For us at this time We lucked out by stopping by the store and having Owen Work with us to make our experience and unbelievably amazing one. Pease be sure that Owen receives this review and knows how special his skills are and how wonderful person he is thank you very much.

  Went to pick up my fios order and had the displeasure of dealing with Owen, who could not have been more rude or unhelpful. The order, which includes “whole home WiFi” was supposed to come with an extender. When I pointed this out to him, he just looked at me and said an extender isn’t on the order. I explained the premium package I paid for includes it. His response was, “I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t see an extender on the order, and besides, they are out of stock here. You could go to another store.” The fact that he was 1. Unfamiliar with the packages Verizon offers (there are only three of them), and that he in no way tried to rectify the issue other than telling me to go somewhere else was shocking. He could have tried to look up other store that had them in stock at minimum. Unacceptable customer service, and certainly not a great initial interaction/welcome as a new fios customer. If Owen is representative of what we can expect from Verizon customer service, we likely won’t be keeping them as our ISP for long.
