- BAb a5 days ago1.0The manager of the store promised me a new phone after several weeks. I wanted to cancel the order. They kept telling me it would be in any day. He had two guys that were training there, and he was never there, and they could never seem to get a hold of him and wasn't allowed to cancel any orders without his permission every time I called him he wouldn't answer the phone and they never got back to me. In the meantime I'm using an old flip phone, but they didn't care. I would never use a store like this again I would always use a direct Verizon Store. I didn't know this was a reseller of Verizon products Worst experience I've ever had with a Verizon Store

We had some with the set up of one of our family plan phones. He reset the phone completed the transfer. He gave us full confidence of his knowledge and experience. Chris was also great in the initial upgrade on Wednesday. I would highly recommend the Verizon Needham solely and the staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. We will be back!
