  We went to this store at 6:15 pm and we were told by a Represenative named Jose that he couldn’t help us because we dealt with Verizon online. It was clear he just didn’t want to get involved and go home because they were closing soon. I went to the parking lot and call Verizon from my phone and went over the issue and they stated that this could have been handled at the store. I will never buy a phone from Verizon again and start using the Apple Store that coincidentally moved next door to the Verizon store.

  Had a mystery to solve: why were my calls to my friend who has an ancient flip phone suddenly being blocked? For his personal safety my friend needs to be able to receive calls from me on a daily basis and suddenly this wasn't working. The menu on that old phone was a real mess trying to find where/how my number had suddenly been blocked, so we headed over to the Verizon store in Millbury and met an angel there. So this is a rave review for Jason at the Millbury Verizon store who took the time to look around on that very old flip phone and FOUND and CORRECTED where the number had been accidentally/inadvertently blocked. So major kudos to Jason, who *SAVED THE DAY*! =:-)

  We usually always go to this Verizon location because they are corporate and not a satellite store. But now we will never go back to that location due to. We went in there with a problem that we had with a situation with another Verizon store corporate in Providence, who sold us two brand new phones with a rebate and then didn’t give us the rebate. And the guy at the Millbury store was almost hollering at us. He was very impatient very very rude. I stayed professional. I stayed calm and we just left that store. that’s one person they need to fire!!! So a Verizon corporate executive gave us a call and gave us the thousand dollar rebate that we were supposed to have. This store is rude and obnoxious. I would say more but I’m going to stay professional. Don’t go there go anywhere else go to a satellite store, they treat you much better

  I went in today to upgrade my sisters phone due to hers being broke and left doing 3 phone upgrades. Andrew was the best help i have ever had with verizon, he was so quick to help and broke down all the details of the new phones and the payments! If I ever need to go back i hope i get Andrew again!

  A big waste of time. Spent a half an hour on the phone with Verizon wireless told you go to a store to get a SIM card arrive at the store and start back off at square One with all kinds of questions about what phone we have and all kinds of other irrelevant information in an attempt to make another sale... Instead of offering customer service and helping to fix the problem they want everything to get thrown out and to get another sale so they can make their commission. Not a good way to do business....
