In person he had everything ready for our order. He explained the process again very patiently and professionally to be sure I understood. He even threw in extra wires for us to be sure we would be good to go. He packed everything neatly in a nice reusable Verizon bag. He was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. We will not be going to the Derby st nightmare Verizon store again and will only be coming here to the Ocean St Verizon store from now on. Fast efficient professional customer service with a smile. Greatly appreciated. Tyler is the man. We appreciate it and can highly recommend this Verizon location.
