He answered all my questions and concerns. He was so patient and kind. I upgraded my phone to a new better phone for less than what it would’ve cost to repair it and he even got me a discount on my plan!! Today I went to the Verizon store the Solomon Pond Mall for a new screen protector. I worked with Matt and he was amazing!!! Josh also helped out. They lowered my bill and I got a free tablet!!!! Go to the Solomon Pond Mall Verizon store and see Matt or Josh.
