Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable. I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.
