Sometimes there really isn't much the person you're talking to can actually do and there's people who take things out on them unfairly and/or out of ignorance. But, the least expected is that even if they can't do much to help the given situation, they would hold basic customer service skills instead of making the whole situation so much more stressful for the customer. The lady at the counter today 10/15/25 at 6 PM was incredibly rude and lacked effort. I'm an empathetic and kind person, it's not easy for me to criticize, but this really got the best of me because I know that I would've done better if I were in their shoes, even if logistically, and as an employee I was totally powerless about the situation. I submitted a refund request for the device I purchased and also closed the line. I will be switching back to T-Mobile!

I went back to them to give me a return because I paid $39 dollars and they said there was no way and she was very rude. I insisted but she didn't want to help me, so I left that shitty product with her and she left $39 dollars 🤬
