He took the time to fix the mix-up that was done one her account by another co worker of his. Even though it wasn't his fault he took the time to fix this issue and make sure that we left happy. I got 3 FREE iPhone 17’s and she got me the best deals she could on a new watch and case for my phone. I can’t speak highly enough of her! To go out of your way for a new customer like that is amazing and frankly unheard of these days. We all work hard for our money and to not be squeezed for as much as they could get out of me was a refreshing pleasantry. I also sent my GF down to see her she was due for an upgrade and she got her a new 17 pro as well! With the same service. The manager was also great I believe his name was JP or Chris. I’m terrible with names but either way I was watching how other employees handled their customers while I was waiting for my phones to be set up and they are all professional and courteous. You won’t be disappointed if you visit this store I can guarantee that! And the stigma of Verizon being the most expensive carrier is a thing of the past. They are very affordable now IF NOT CHEAPER, and still have the best service areas. My buddy switched to their WiFi as well which I would have done if they serviced Gardner, and he got a HUGE discount and a free Nintendo switch. Verizon is definitely doing their thing! BIG THANKS TO DEBBIE for being so helpful and professional and getting me the best deals you could imagine truly grateful and won’t go anywhere else for any of my cellular needs. Once you get WiFi in Gardner I’ll be back for that too!
