Then when I told her what I wanted (new phone, new line) she refused to help me unless I wanted to buy an android, or drive to Plymouth. She said the store doesn’t sell phones. What kind of a retail store doesn’t sell phones? Overall horrible experience and I won’t be back any time soon. Lost a brand new customer.
