- VHVictoria HoveyOct 16, 20233.0While the customer service at the Hyannis location was really nice, the actual “Cricket Wireless Service, is not. Very limited areas where the service actually worked 100%. Sometimes I was even unable to access my bank account. Also, my account was not a contract, however they charged me a $5.00 late fee, one day BEFORE my first payment was due. They refunded that $5 but then charged another $5.00 late fee a few months later, when I was unable to use my phone. They shut my phone off, so why would I owe them a “late fee?” Anyways, I’ve had other carriers and realize this isn’t the best option for a wireless service.
