It's been 4 weeks since I was in the store and asked for a new phone, the first time it took 2 weeks to arrive and when I went to pick it up the guy had asked for the wrong phone and said it would take 1 week for the new phone to arrive, but it's been 2 weeks. Every week my husband and I call and they say they will check if it has arrived and they will contact us but they never call back to give news. At first the attendant (Josh) was super attentive and kind but then he showed a little disinterest in our process. My husband and I are super disappointed with this attitude. We still doesn't know if he ordered the phone or not.
