    Staff at this store including management were not truthful in saying what my monthly bill would be as the amount is about double what they said it would be monthly. Very frustrating and deceptive.

    Customer service is awful at this Verizon store in Franklin. Staff, including the manager, are not honest. They are deceitful and only want your money. Do NOT go to this store to buy a cell phone!!

    Horrible experience with Haneet, purchased a ridiculously overpriced phone case and debit card holder that was defective. When I returned to the store 30 MINUTES LATER with the defective debit card holder she told me because it was “used” & I couldn’t return it. The item was defective and her attitude was not appreciated!!!! This store feels very scammy as there are no prices on the items and they are not a true Verizon store despite the misleading signage on the store front. Do yourself a favor and take a ride to an actual Verizon store. Awful place, terrible attitude/service.
