    Worst experience I have ever had. I visited the Verizon store in Framingham on Worcester Road after recently switching to Verizon. I’ve been having device issues for over a week and went in seeking help. The first employee was polite and tried to assist me, but unfortunately could not resolve the issue. He then spoke with a manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager raised his voice at me and repeatedly stated that he “follows the law” and would not “break it,” treating me as if I were doing something wrong. I am not a criminal, and I certainly do not deserve to be treated like one. I served in law enforcement for many years, and I fully understand rules and procedures. There was absolutely no reason for the manager’s behavior or tone. This type of treatment is unacceptable. Verizon should stop hiring incompetent and disrespectful managers and focus on providing proper customer service. I expected professionalism and assistance what I received was disrespect and hostility

    Awful place to go to. Went into talk about a cable bill and was rudely told we don’t deal with that go up the street. We went to fios like they said and they told us we don’t handle that. This is why we will be canceling Verizon. Awful representation of a company.

    Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve EVER received!! The Verizon employees in store are rude, and either lack the skills or abilities to help with my issue. This last visit I had to come to the store (unfortunately), and that was last time I’ll EVER enter a Verizon (after having Verizon 15 years and multiple states of residence during that time). I am now switched over to another carrier, and based on the MASS EXODUS of Verizon customers, it looks like it’s a common issue. Don’t listen to me, do your own research. I had Verizon for YEARS (15), and they were determined to become number one. Looks like that has deminished along with their customer base, and ability to hire courteous and skilled employees…..such a shame. Consider yourself warned.

    Most unprofessional staff I ever seen or worked with. I'm not saying anything negative about Verizon itself don't bother coming to the store. Get lots of double talk and if you just want someone to explain it to you slowly don't expect it without a condescending remark. The clerk even threw his chair. This place makes me feel unsafe and unwelcome.
