I was using T-Mobile for my cell phone. I have my Verizon internet and thought that I could get a bundle with getting a phone at Verizon. The staff were not helpful at all. Their customer service by phone is even worse than dealing with the people at the store. I have spent well over 6 hours trying to cancel my Verizon cell phone. I did this because I was currently with T-Mobile and they were fabulous, so I went back to t-mobile. Getting my phone from them was easy. The stamp store as well as their customer service are top-notch. It was a lesson learned. I would never go to Verizon for anything else. I will also be changing my internet from Verizon to T-Mobile.

Really bad customer service. I ordered the new Iphone 17 Pro Max back on September 22nd, after the website said it was in stock then at the store I was told it wasn't in stock and I had to order it. Fine, I understand that the new phone just came out. I was then told that my phone would ship no later than October 3rd. Nothing on my order was updating so I assumed everything was fine and my phone had shipped. 5 business days later still no phone so we call back and get told that the phone is on back order with no estimated shipping date. Then October 16th we call back and get told that the phone should arrive at my house on October 23rd. Then yesterday the 21st we call to double check that the phone will be delivered the 23rd to make sure that we have someone home who can sign for it only to find out that my phone got "stuck in the queue" and the order never processed so it won't be here when they told us it would be. They then said my only 2 options where to cancel the order or to re process the order and the phone would ship on November 7th. What terrible customer service, yes I was waved of the initial upfront payment but now I have to wait another 2 and a half weeks for my phone to even ship, over a month after it was supposed to ship. Not once did someone reach out to let us know that the shipping has been delayed or if there was any issues with the order. We had to call 3 times before we even got a real answer from anyone. As well the app never even updated to tell us the shipping was delayed. As of this morning my phone is still expected to ship on October 3rd.
