    the worse thing I ever did was switch from x-finity to Verizon, traded our phone in and still going thru this for months that they haven’t paid off Xfinity all the stress we have been going through from switching over is all a scam , the service is the worse what they said from the beginning was all a lie I owe Xfinity 700$ because Verizon still has not paid in my trade in phone ! I can’t believe the amount of stress this has been causing making phones calls almost every week to try and get this cleared out and nothing is getting solved !!

    Erika was absolutely the best! It took 5 visits, countless hours, and I don't know how many reps before I finally got my credit. You cannot find a better tech agent with the tenacity and compassion for the customers. You should take very good care of her. Thanks again to Erika!!!
