- MSMe ShipNov 25, 20251.0I moved in the area of East Longmeadow and had all documents sent from my past vet to them in East Longmeadow. I visited them with both my dog and cat to start with checkups. I called to have my cat looked at because of a rash and said they had no appointments for 2 weeks. What Veterinary company doesn’t have slots for people asking to bring there animals that need to be seen is poor management for their customers animals to be seen. A rash, sprained foot or an animal with a cough, there should be slots open for animals to be seen. I wish I never left my Vetranerian in Agawam to go here. Agawam always had slots that day or the next day to be seen. Never again will I use this place for my animals to be seen. Past customer.
