Om, Jared, and Josh made sure I was in the right plan, explained costs carefully and transferred ALL my data efficiently. They were great. No other customers entered the store without a quick “Hello, how may I help you today”? I feel I was very well served.

For the other, we were offered $600 trade in credit. I was just billed $86 for the “free” line and trade in credit was reduced by $163 without my consent. After spending over an hour with customer support I was instructed to return to store to argue with them. This company’s business model is to lie to you in the store and wear you down with the ignorant people in support. After almost 30 years as a customer I give up and will switch to another provider and bring my 6 lines with me.
