- SCScott ChristieMar 20, 20241.0So I needed a temporary pair of headphones because I couldn’t find my AirPods. So I dropped by this store and purchased Bluetooth headphones here. I charged them before using them but when I went to use them they wouldn’t work. I went back the next day and they refused to return or even replace the headphones I bought. Honestly I’ve never had this issue before at any store. The employee was fairly decent however at the end of the day he still didn’t return or replace the headphones. I left them at the store. I found my AirPods anyway so at least I can use those. Thumbs down for their customer support!
