  I was just on a walk and one of the employees made me a bit uncomfortable. I was walking passed the store and he stopped me to ask if I'd like to look at their new phone plan which I responded with no and he kept insisting I look at it. He said theirs is probably much more affordable than my current one and I can just look at it. After saying no twice, he asked a 3rd time insisting that it's a good plan and I can just come inside to look at it. I understand needing customers and the importance of having them for business ofc but there are much better ways in promoting a product (the phone plan) to customers or people passing by without making them feel pressured to come inside and look at it. I think it'd be good to start with suggesting it and explaining why it is a good phone plan or saying, "would you like to look at our new phone plan, it's affordable and comes with etc" rather than consistently asking someone to come inside to look at the phone plan. That way when you introduce the product (the phone plan) in that way, it leaves room for the customer to be curious and wonder if they'd rather switch because they can think of the benefits of getting this phone plan and there will be no pressure to have to come inside.

  Worst customer service ever, if you get your line in others locations they do not help at all because of the commission!!!! So annoying and unhelpful. I suppose it is one company no matter if it's a different owner or state, services have to be the same... Have to work to be better.
