On both occasions, the service was outstanding. Amira serviced me on my first visit. Despite the pre-holiday foot traffic, and being temporarily short-staffed, she provided exceptional service, giving each customer in queue her undivided attention. I was in awe of her professionalism and composure as she maintained her focus and patience without additional on-site support, and, seemingly, without lunch! On my second visit, I was serviced by Gary. Once again, the service I received was top-notch, not only in terms of technical expertise, but also in terms of the warm, engaging way in which each customer was greeted, and made to feel valued. I've now had multiple experiences with the Charlestown site, which has become my go-to in recent years. Verizon should be proud of the team that has been assembled here, and of the reliable service that it is providing to the community.
