The staff at Metro Cat is amazing - the care and compassion they showed our sweet senior kitty was amazing and made a devastating situation much easier. Our Apple was very sick and failing, but we were comforted by knowing she was in such wonderful hands - she was able to rest in a private and cozy treatment room, and there was even a heart drawn on the whiteboard next to her name! We absolutely adore Dr. Kabler and the whole Metro Cat crew!

I love going to a vet staffed by cat people! Everyone is so nice and you can tell how much they love cats. Some other vets I’ve gone to felt a lot more geared towards dogs, so it’s nice to have this option. No matter which doctor I work with, I always get exception care for my cats. Dr. Kabler is amazing!

I took my 7 year old cat in March and the experience has stuck with me. I was in tears as my cat was acting strange & had blood in his urine - when I took him, I was relentlessly shamed for not being able to give him wet food for every meal and acted like I didn’t know my cat’s typical behaviors. They insisted I needed to take him to a cat “behavioral therapist” even though he never shows signs of aggression, depression, etc. I’ve never felt so disregarded or uncomfortable at a vet than I had with them. Not to mention, I’ve been sent tons and tons of spam mail (physical and email) since then. The whole experience was unprofessional & odd. Don’t waste your money or risk your cat’s health with them unless you want to be shamed for the life you’re working to provide for you cat.

Big fans of the people at VCA Metro Cat. We travel out of our way to come here as all they do is cats. It reduces our cat and our anxiety to not have barking dogs in the waiting room. Doctors and staff are warm and seem to like their work.

My cat has been going since he’s been a kitten. They always treat him well and provide clothes with feliway. When something’s wrong they get back to you via text or email. They even reach out after appointments where he was having an issue
