  Best customer service I have ever gotten in my entire life. Jayson is the kindest and most helpful and genuine person I have ever met. Always looking to help you if you have a problem and always fixes it. Never experienced any person like Jayson that’s willing to devote his time to helping people he doesn’t even know. I hope that Version sees this and takes Jayson’s work into account. Thank you version and thank you Jayson.

  I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Matt. He was extremely helpful from start to finish — he walked me through all my device questions, helped me get set up with a new phone, and even found ways to lower my bill at the same time. Truly went above and beyond. 10/10 service. Highly recommend asking for Matt or any of their helpful staff

  Matt was amazing. I was stressing out trying to figure out this new phone. Matt knew exactlly what to do and what to fix. The whole time he was also multitasking and making another customer happy helping them get thier phone in order. Great guy!!! VERY knowledgeable.

  Called the verizon this morning for help. Daphne was able to answer all of my questions, and I had about a million. The product i was looking for was not in stock at that location, but Daphne was able to work miracles and get in food me by the afternoon! She walked myself and my 5 year old through set up and answered all of my 5 year olds questions and she (and i) left feeling confident and very happy. We will definitely come back! THANK YOU
