    I am so sick with wrong charge on my bill. I have transfor my phone to Verizon by fraud of this North Station Verizon Store. Do not trust employees in this store for Verizon service. They were lied to me when I transferred my phone service before I transferred ti Verizon. I got international plan for $90/m, and I added insurance for $9.99/m. So the guy told me that I only pay $99,90/ m with promotion with one line for free and signed tree years contracts with a free phone. But I didn’t get a line for free and I got charged for calling to China by minute with my international plan. First month my bill over $200, second month about my bill was over 200. Then my third phone bill with super high over $275. So i never to get a free line that I have to transfer my free line back to Ultra. Also I could not get international with Verizon service. So I wanted to out my Verizon. I have filed lawsuits to Verizon. Then Verizon has turn off my phone service in two days ago. Therefore because not body can contact me that gave me so much trouble. So I have to suit Verizon to higher Court for more money for damaged me that caused me so sick with my blood pressure got super high. Verizon is a terrible company. I want to tell Verizon in here to stop sending your Ad to my email that you made me so sick. I am going to Court to order Verizon for it.

    Bad service, they made a deal with us for business account and then they charged us extra, do not recommend for business.

    Writing in to compliment James for his excellent service. My experience started off poorly after a junior staff at the store wrongly switched my plans and added unnecessary add-ons to my bill when I had only wanted overseas roaming activated for a trip. However, I really appreciate and respect James for his patience and understanding throughout helping me resolve this issue (taking several hour-long calls together with customer service at the store over the course of a few months). Thanks for the excellent service recovery and I have nothing but praise for James on how he handled the whole issue. A real star and a great example for his team to follow and emulate!
